How it Works
Rent our Condo by following these 5 Easy Steps...

1. First, check the availability calendar by clicking here: Calendar for Unit #1005C

• Please note that our rental week is for arrivals on a 
Saturday after 3 pm, with departures on a Saturday before 10 am.

 2. Then determine your weekly rental rate:
Season      Rate Total w/11% FL Tax
Beginning of January to Mid-April US $1,000 $1,115.50
Mid-April to Mid-May US $700 $780.50
Mid-May to Mid-November US $600 $669.00
Mid-November to End of December US $700 $780.50
Payment schedule: 
• 1/2 of the above due 60 days before arrival, the balance due 14 days before arrival.
• A $200 Security Deposit is due when reserving your dates. It will be refunded within 14 days after departure if there is no damage.
• All payments can be made with a Visa or Mastercard, personal check, or money order.

3. Download and our simple Rental Rules and Cancellation Policy.

The Rules and Cancellation Policy is part of the Rental Agreement. Note that there is:
• No smoking allowed (not even on the balcony)
• No pets allowed
• Occupancy is limited to two people, at least one adult.

4. Contact the owner, Judy Luger, to request a reservation (or ask any questions) by:

Call any day 9 am - 8 pm U.S. Central Standard Time (GMT -6 hrs). Outside the U.S. please call 001-952-933-1905)

5. After we verbally confirm your request, download and print the Rental Agreement, or we can email or postal-mail one to you.
• As soon as we receive your emailed, faxed, or postal-mailed signed Rental Agreement with your $200 security deposit, your time will be reserved. Our email address, postal address, and fax number are on the bottom of the Rental Agreement.

• Security deposit and rent payments can be paid with a check, money order, VISA, Discovery, or MasterCard. Our home fax number is 952-912-0875, and is a secure environment for credit card information.
